1/2 oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple

1/2 oz Giffard Fruit de la Passion

1/4 oz Pernod

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and pourinto a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
