1½ oz dill-infused vodka
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with capers. To infuse your vodka, place several large stalks of dill in one cup of vodka and rest until you’re happy with the flavor (at least eight hours is best).
Midnight Mini Breakfast
softened cream cheese
Combine cream cheese, yogurt and nutmeg. Slice bagels in half, toast, spread with cream cheese mixture, top with a slice of smoked salmon and sprinkle with dill.
Let It Snow!
2 oz brandy
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass!
