Sweet Dreams cocktail from Cocktail and Appetizer Recipe How To: Vodka and Bagels for a Long Winter's Nap Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en episode

Sweet Dreams

1½ oz dill-infused vodka
¼ oz dry vermouth
¼ oz Aperol

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with capers. To infuse your vodka, place several large stalks of dill in one cup of vodka and rest until you’re happy with the flavor (at least eight hours is best).

Midnight Mini Breakfast

2 TBSP softened cream cheese
2 TBSP plain yogurt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Sliced smoked salmon
4 whole grain mini bagels
Fresh dill

Combine cream cheese, yogurt and nutmeg. Slice bagels in half, toast, spread with cream cheese mixture, top with a slice of smoked salmon and sprinkle with dill.

Let It Snow!

2 oz brandy
¼ oz vanilla liqueur
¼ oz orange liqueur
½ oz fresh lime juice

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass!
