2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
3 dashes plum bitters
Club soda

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice and stir gently. Garnish with a TV dinner on a stick!

 

 

 

 

TV Dinner On A Stick recipe from Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en: TV Dinner On A Stick!

TV Dinner On A Stick

1 lb ground chicken or your favorite ground meat
1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
3 cloves chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce, if desired
Baby potatoes and carrots

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine all ingredients except the potatoes and carrots and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Bake for 45 - 55 minutes or until browned, along with potatoes (cut slits in them first to prevent explosions) and baby carrots tossed in butter, salt and pepper and hot sauce, if you like. Slide onto bamboo skewers and top your potato as desired!
