Eerie Aviary

2 oz of brandy
½ oz creme de violette
½ oz fresh lime juice
4 dashes of Angostura bitters
4 dashes of Fee Brothers plum bitters

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a feather in a lime slice.

Fine Feathered Sliders

4 chicken breasts
Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, if desired

Marinade:
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP black pepper sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup apple cider

Salad and dressing:
1 poblano pepper, sliced into strips
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped salad greens
1/3 cup of chopped green onions
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp honey
2 tsp black pepper sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, top with marinade ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour. Grill chicken and poblano pepper, cool and slice both the chicken and the pepper into bite-sized pieces. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve on toasted slider buns, with crackers or on its own!
