Kitsch Royale

1 TBSP cranberry sauce
½ oz of brandy
Chilled dry sparkling

Muddle cranberry sauce with brandy in a champagne flute. Fill with wine and stir gently.

Leftover Sweet Potato Balls

Preheat oven to 375.

Balls:

2 cups mashed yams
1/2 cup Ro-Tel
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chipotle chili pepper
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients, roll into balls and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until slightly browned.

Sauce:

1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt

Bring to a simmer, cool and serve with balls.

French Fried Onion Turkey Balls

Preheat oven to 375.

1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Ground black and cayenne pepper
1 egg
1 1/2 cups French fried onions

Combine and roll into balls. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned.

Sauce:

1/2 cup veggie broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp Herbes de Provence
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
Ground black and cayenne pepper

Bring broth to a simmer and stir in remaining ingredients until combined and cheese is melted.
