2 oz gin
1/2 oz creme de cassis
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Dash of orange bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Gets the creative juices flowing!

Cheesy Chutney Popovers

2 rolled refrigerated pie crusts
1/4 cup softened cream cheese
1/4 cup mango chutney
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 tsp curry powder

Preheat oven to 350°. Cut pie crusts into rounds approximately 3 3/4 inches in diameter. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon about 1 teaspoon of mixture onto the center of each round. Moisten edges and seal closed. Brush with vegetable oil and bake for 25 minutes, or until browned.
