Sassy Groundhog Sangria

1 oz of applejack
¼ oz orange liqueur (I used O3)
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz of chilled Pinot Grigio

Combine in a wine glass with ice and stir!

Rum-Soaked Pigs-In-Blankets

1/3 of a cup dark Jamaican rum
2 – 3 squirts of sriracha sauce
1 TBSP pure maple syrup
1 14 oz package of turkey cocktail franks
1 tube of crescent rolls

Combine rum, sriracha sauce and syrup, pour over cocktail franks and marinate for at least an hour.  Unwrap crescent rolls and slice into strips approximately ½ inch wide and 2 – 3 inches long.  Wrap each frank in a strip of dough and bake at 375° for 10 – 12 minutes or until browned on top.
