Black Coral

2 oz of Kraken spiced rum
1 oz guava nectar
1 oz cherry juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
Dash of Angostura bitters

Shake with ice and pour into a tiki mug!

Spiked Shrimp & Honeydew Cups from A Rum-Soaked Staycation! Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en episode

Spiked Shrimp & Honeydew Cups

1 cup cooked shrimp
¾ cup chopped honeydew melon
½ cup coconut rum
1 TBSP melon liqueur
Salt and cayenne pepper, if desired
12 wonton wrappers
Olive oil
Ground lemon pepper
Shredded coconut

Combine shirmp, melon, rum and liqueur, sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper, if you're using it, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Brush wonton wrappers with oil, sprinkle with lemon pepper, form into cups in a mini muffin pan and bake at 375° for 7-8 minutes, or until browned. Drain shrimp mixture and spoon into wonton cups, sprinkle with more cayenne pepper and shredded coconut.
