Marshmallow World cocktail from Marshmallow World Winter Cocktail And Sweet Potato Bites! "Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en"

Marshmallow World

2 oz of silver tequila
¼ oz creme de violette
¼ oz pear liqueur
½ oz grapefruit juice
¼ oz fresh lime juice
4 dashes of aromatic bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.  Spear jumbo marshmallows on bamboo skewers and quickly dip in creme de violette or pear liqueur.  Roll in decorative sugar or edible glitter and allow to dry completely.  Anchor skewers with a lime or lemon slice and place in glass.

 

 

Marshmallow Sweet Potato Bites from Marshmallow World Winter Cocktail And Sweet Potato Bites! "Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en"

Marshmallow Sweet Potato Bites

1½ cups of mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup of white whole wheat flour
½ cup of chopped pineapple
1 egg
½ tsp of salt
½ tsp of cayenne pepper if desired
Mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375°. Combine all ingredients except marshmallows and drop by spoonfuls about 2 inches in diameter onto a greased cookie sheet. Top each with a mini marshmallow and bake for 13 – 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Sweet, savory and perfect for happy hour!
