2 oz anejo rum
½ oz honey

Warm in the microwave just until honey is melted. Mine only needed 15 seconds. Combine in a cocktail shaker with:

½ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz apple juice
2 drops Amaro Sfumato Rababaro

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass!

Sweet and Savory Salmon Cups

12 wonton wrappers
Your favorite vegetable oil
1 salmon filet, cooked and chopped
1 TBSP sriracha sauce
1 TBSP soy sauce
½ TBSP Honey Ridge Farms Honey Creme Lemon
Chopped green onions

Brush wonton wrappers with oil and press into cups in a mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until browned. When cups have cooled, add a spoonful of salmon to each. Top with a sauce made from sriracha sauce, soy sauce and honey, stirred until combined. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Makes one dozen.
