The Quint Cocktail from Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en: Happy Birthday, Jaws!

The Quint

2 oz whiskey
1/2 oz grapefruit liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
5 dashes of Angostura bitters
Can of Narragansett lager

Shake the first four ingredients with ice and pour into a shark mug. Serve with a Narragansett chaser.

Tuna Chum Appetizers

Marinade:
3/4 cup sherry
Juice of one lime
1 TBPS brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper to taste

Pour over two tuna steaks and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the mango salsa:

1 cup chopped mango
2 TBSP chopped green onion
Juice of one lime
1 oz gold tequila
Salt

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Grill tuna until cooked through, chop add to crackers and top with salsa.
