Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en Celebrates National Fluffernutter Day

1 oz bourbon
1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Dash of aromatic bitters
Chilled dry sparkling wine

Stir all ingredients except wine in a champagne flute. Add wine and stir gently.

Fluffernutter Gelatin Mold

3 envelopes of plain gelatin
1½ cups boiling water
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of Marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cups cold water
A handful of chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients in the order given, waiting to add cold water until prior ingredients are completely incorporated. Refrigerate for several hours or until firm. Serve with whipped cream and fresh grapes.
