Deep Fried Peanut Butter & Banana Balls
1 cup mashed banana
½ cup peanut butter
1¼ cups bread crumbs
½ tsp salt
Combine all ingredients and allow mixture to sit for about five minutes, then roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Heat your fryer to 350 degrees, then add the balls, frying for about five minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. To make the dipping sauce, mix ¼ cup peanut butter, 4 TBSP dry white wine, 1 - 2 TBSP sriracha sauce and 1 tsp ground ginger until thoroughly combined.
