Out Of The Tub cocktail from Drink Gin! A Repeal Day Celebration Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en

Out Of The Tub

2 oz gin
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz pomegranate juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Dash of Angostura bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Happy Repeal Day!


 

 

Tipsy Shrimp appetizer from Drink Gin! A Repeal Day Celebration Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en

Tipsy Shrimp

Shrimp:
1/2 lb jumbo shrimp
1/4 cup gin
The juice of 1/2 lime
Salt and pepper

Dip:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 TBSP gin
The juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp Herbes de Provence
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate shrimp for at least one hour with gin, lime and salt and pepper. While the shrimp is marinating, combine dip ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour. Grill shrimp and serve. Appetizing and intoxicating!
