Disco Sour cocktail from Sparkling Cocktail And Fabulous Appetizer For Disco Nights! Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en

Disco Sour

1½ oz pisco
½ oz Galliano
½ oz fresh lime juice
Chilled dry sparkling wine

Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into a champagne flute.  Fill with wine and sprinkle with edible disco dust!  Won’t you take me to Funkytown?

100% Legal Poppers

½ cup softened cream cheese
1 TBSP minced onion
¼ tsp ground garlic
¼ tsp chipotle cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
6 jalapeño peppers cut into bite sized pieces, seeds removed
1 pound of hot and spicy bulk sausage
1 egg
1 cup of bread crumbs

Combine first five ingredients. Top each jalapeño section with a dab of the cream cheese mixture. Combine sausage, egg and breadcrumbs and roll jalapeño sections into enough of the sausage mixture to form a meatball.  Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until browned.
