Bull Shot cocktail from Cowboy Day Cook-Along! Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en episode

Bull Shot
(From Musso & Frank Grill, by way of Recipes For Rebels: In The Kitchen With James Dean)

A dash of Worcestershire sauce
A dash of celery salt
3 oz vodka
6 oz beef consommé
A dash of Tabasco sauce

Combine Worcestershire sauce and celery salt in a glass. Fill with ice, then add vodka, consommé and Tabasco sauce. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

"Giant Martini"
(A joint creation of Elizabeth Taylor and Rock Hudson)

2 parts vodka (we’re using ounces for our parts)
1 part Kahlua
2 parts chocolate syrup
A dash of Bailey’s Irish Cream, if desired

Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with bittersweet chocolate shavings.

3 mashed avocados
2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
Chopped green pepper (we’re using Serranos)
Lemon juice and salt to taste

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
