Vaquero Borracho cocktail from Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en episode Cocktail Recipe & Baked Beans for the Cowboy Day Cook-Along

Vaquero Borracho

2 oz mezcal
½ oz Ancho Reyes liqueur
½ oz fresh lime juice
Bitter lemon soda

Shake first three ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and top with a splash of soda.

Dude Ranch Beans

2 cans of your favorite canned baked beans
1 1/2 oz tequila (optional)
1/2 lb hot dogs, chopped into bite sized pieces
Mustard
2 chopped onions
2 sliced tomatoes
About 5 dill pickles, chopped into bite sized pieces
Salt, pepper and chipotle-cayenne pepper

Pour beans into a baking dish, along with tequila. Spread hot dog bites with mustard. Creatively arrange on 5 skewers with onions, tomato and dill pickle. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chipotle-cayenne pepper and bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
