2 oz of Sangre de Vida Reposado tequila
¾ oz Ancho Reyes liqueur
½ oz peach nectar
½ oz fresh lime juice
6 dashes of Aztec chocolate bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass!

2 oz Sangre de Vida mezcal
¾ oz bianco vermouth
½ oz pomegranate juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
5 vigorous dashes of orange bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass!

Tamarind & Tequila Tidbits

Equal amounts of large shrimp, pineapple chunks and Bell pepper slices
Tajin seasoning
2 oz Sangre de Vida Blanco tequila
2 oz tamarind syrup (Click here to learn how to make your own!)
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp cornstarch
Salt, white pepper and cayenne pepper, if desired.

Spear shrimp, pineapple chunks and slices of pepper onto skewers, sprinkle with Tajin seasoning and refrigerate until ready to grill. Make a glaze by combining tequila, tamarind syrup, garlic powder, ginger, cornstarch, salt, white pepper and cayenne pepper. Simmer until thickened and brush onto skewers on the grill once they’ve started to cook through, continuing until they begin to develop a nice char.
