Ko Ko Mo cocktail recipe

Ko Ko Mo

(from Hala Kahiki, River Grove, IL)

8 oz crushed ice
3 oz cream
1 oz creme de cacao
1 oz amaretto
1 oz vodka
1 oz creme of coconut

Combine all ingredients, blend and pour into a tall glass.

Toasted Sesame and Roasted Garlic Cups

1 - 2 cucumbers, sliced into 1 inch sections
1 head of roasted garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Toasted black sesame seeds
Cooked shrimp

All you do is combine cream cheese with as many cloves of roasted garlic as you like and salt and pepper. Scoop out some of the seeds from your cucumber slices, forming bowls. Fill with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with toasted black sesame seeds. Slide diagonally onto a bamboo skewer and top with shrimp. Add to your cocktail. Decorative and nutritious!
