¾ oz dark Jamaican rum
½ oz ginger liqueur
¼ oz fresh lime juice
A dash of Angostura bitters
Chilled brut rose sparkling wine

1½ cups lump crabmeat
½ cup softened cream cheese
1½ oz dry sparkling wine
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning

Combine all ingredients, microwave until thoroughly heated and serve with crackers!
