Happy Birthday to Me cocktail from Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en episode Cocktail Recipe with Spiced Rum Plus Shrimp with Rum

Happy Birthday to Me

2 oz Gray Skies spiced rum
½ oz hibiscus liqueur
½ oz Banane du Bresil liqueur
3 dashes of Fee Brothers cardamom bitters (available in our store - click here to visit)
Chilled champagne

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and top with a splash of champagne.

Spiced Rum Shrimp Dunk

½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp spiced rum
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
A few grinds of black pepper

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with cooked shrimp, veggies or anything else your heart desires!
