1 oz banana liqueur
½ oz banana puree

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass!

1 oz Apple Pucker
1 oz cranberry juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass!

1 oz tequila
1 oz Watermelon Pucker
A dash of Tabasco sauce

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a shot glass!

Chorizo & Corn Salsa Cups

1½ cups corn
1 cup crushed pineapple
½ cup chopped onion
2 chopped Serrano peppers
The juice of ½ lime
Salt to taste
1 pound of chorizo
Scoops chips

Combine first six ingredients and refrigerate. Grill chorizo, add to chips and top with salsa.
