Turkey Lurkey Time

2 oz of Bootlegger 21 gin
½ oz Fruitlab hibiscus liqueur
½ oz fresh lime juice
A dash of Angostura bitters
Barritt's Ginger Beer

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and top with a splash of ginger beer. That will give your guests a reason to give thanks!

Manhattan Ricatto

2 oz of Highspire rye
¼ oz Berto Bianco vermouth
¼ Berto Rosso vermouth
2 dashes of Abbott's bitters

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.

Cheesy Pepper Shells

Pepper Shells:
2 Bell peppers, quartered and hollowed out
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Spray peppers with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Sauce and Pasta:
½ cup veggie broth
1 oz milk
¼ tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground sage
Salt, pepper and red pepper flakes, if desired
½ oz Highspire rye
½ tsp pure maple syrup
1 TBSP flour dissolved in 2 oz cold water
1 cup Banza Shells Made From Chick Peas
Shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except the pasta and cheese and simmer until slightly thickened. Cook Banza shells according to the package directions and toss with sauce. Spoon pasta mixture into peppers. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cayenne pepper if desired and place in oven for another 10 minutes.
